Dinner

Small whole wheat roll with roasted beef and cheese, half an avocado,
celery sticks plain and with peanut and almond butter. And a glass of
Dalwhinnie.

Lunch- dessert

Chocolate chip cookie and a fruity sort of coffee cake.

Cheeses, vegetables, chicken skewers.

Breakfast

Breakfast scramble with eggs, hamburger and smoked mozzarella. Plus coffee.

Dinner

Hamburger, sugar snap peas, carrot, celery, olives and a cheese plate (split with my wife) of cheddar, blue, gouda, brie and a few crackers.

Lunch

Spinach, hard boiled eggs, carrot, cucumber, broccoli, tomato, blue
cheese, pepperoni, bacon and hot sauce.

Post breakfast snack

Breakfast didn't fill me up, so I'm having celery sticks with peanut
and almond butter.

Hamburger, two pieces of smoked mozzarella, tea and a Bartlett pear.

Dinner

Chicken leg, broccoli, carrots and a Yuengling ale. Then a piece of cheddar and a glass of Bushmills.

Salad with lettuce, celery, hard boiled egg, onion, broccoli,
cucumber, tomato, blue cheese, bacon and chicken.

Fried eggs, ham, a Bartlett pear and tea.

Pork sausages, carrots, sugar snap peas and a glass of Bulleit bourbon.

Lunch

Meatloaf with salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber, green pepper, bacon,
blue cheese, broccoli and hot sauce).

Breakfast

Fried eggs, carrot, bacon and tea.

Dinner

Cheddar, gouda and brie cheese with crackers, salami, carrots, snow
peas, olives (split with my wife) and a glass of Oban (all to myself).

Lunch

Almond encrusted pork tenderloin with bok choy and mixed vegetables.

Fried eggs, bacon, carrot and tea.

Lamb chops, carrots, and salad with endive, sugar snap peas, fava beans and shallots. And a glass of Yuengling ale.
