Seafood salad, shrimp salad with carrots, tomato, celery, olives
(split with my wife).
Lunch
Chicken wrap and tea.
Breakfast
Hot dogs, carrot, celery and coffee.
Saturday weigh-in: 158.6 lbs

Dinner
Steak, sugar snap peas, red pepper and mushrooms.
Lunch
Tuna salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and some blue and black
berries.
Breakfast
Lamb burger, hot salami, cucumber and tea.

Cheese, crackers, carrots, cucumber, tomato, salami (split with my
wife) and whisky.
Breakfast
Irish sausages, eggs, tea.

Dinner
Cheese, crackers, carrots, cucumber and olives.
Lunch
Pepperoni and salad with broccoli, tomato, celery, radish, cheese,
cucumber, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and bacon.
Breakfast
Lamb burger with cucumber and carrot and tea.

Irish sausages, broccoli, carrots and probably some whisky layer on.

Pepperoni, motzarella and tomato.

Bacon, eggs and tea.
