Carrots, celery, olives, various cheeses and crackers with a glass of
Oban.

Lunch

Small bit of tandori chicken, saag paneer and a meatball.

Breakfast

Bacon, eggs and coffee.

Sausages with green beans and carrots. Mixed nuts and a fig for
dessert. And a glass of Bushmills.

Lunch

Tuna salad with regular salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber).

Leftover KFC, fried eggs and tea.

Pizza toppings with salad (cheese, chicken, pepperoni, carrots,
lettuce, tomato).

Fried eggs and hamburger with onions and cheddar cheese and tea.

Carrots, celery, olives, brie, cheddar, crackers, figs (shared with my wife) and a glass of
Glenmorangie.

Lunch

Roasted leg of lamb with salad (cucumber, carrot, broccoli, hard
boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese and hot sauce).

Breakfast

Hamburger with fried onion and eggs and a cup of tea.

Dinner

Baked swordfish with tomato, onion and garlic sauce with broccoli. Then a Bombay Sapphire martini, some pistachios, three small figs and a handful of mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans and hazel).

Lunch

Ginger sirloin with green beans.

Breakfast

Fried eggs, hamburger with smoked mozzarella and fried onion and a cup
of tea.

Dinner

Stir fry with baby bok choy, onion, garlic, ginger and pork tenderloin. Then a handful of mixed nuts (hazelnuts, cashews, pecans and almonds), a mini Cadbury's creme egg and mini caramel egg and a glass of green oolong tea.

Lunch

Salad with lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, onion, hard boiled egg,
carrot, kidney beans, chicken, bacon, blue cheese and hot sauce.

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with smoked mozzarella, bacon and tea.

Dinner

Still pretty full from lunch, all I had was a few handfuls of mixed
nuts (hazels, cashews, pecans), a small dill pickle, a mini Cadbury's
creme and mini caramel egg and a glass of Dalwhinnie.

Lunch

Irish breakfast at Tigin in Stamford. Eggs, baked beans, fried tomato,
sausages, whole meal bread, white and black pudding, bacon rashers,
coffee and a glass of Jameson.

Breakfast

Fried eggs and bacon with coffee.

Post dog walk, pre-breakfast snack

A handful of almonds and a bartlett pear.
