From Whole Foods salad bar: stir fried beef with peppers and onions, and chicken salad. Also pecans and a few cherry tomatoes.

Hamburger with blue cheese and fried onions and coffee.

Fried salami and salad with hard boiled egg, blue cheese, onion,
broccoli, bacon, radish, carrot and pumpkin seeds.

Canadian bacon and celery with peanut and almond butter and tea.

olives (split with my wife) and a glass of Bushmills.

Boston Market. 1/2 chicken with corn and green beans.
